Intec Securities to increase authorized capital to Rs.6 Crores

Intec Securities Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 29, 2006, inter alia, has also decided to increase the authorized Capital of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders in the General Meeting of the Members of the Company from Rs 350,00,000/- to Rs 600,00,000/-.
