BEML to issue 49 lakh shares through public issue

Bharat Earth Movers Ltd (BEML) has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 29, 2007, for consideration of the Red Herring Prospectus for the proposed Public Issue of 49 lakh Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium to be decided under Book building process as per SEBI guidelines.
