Pritish Nandy announces Bid Closing Date for QIP Issue

Prime Securities Ltd acting as the Lead Manager has announced that, the Bid Closing Date pursuant to the proposed issue of equity shares of Pritish Nandy Communications Ltd, under Chapter XIIIA of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000 is March 16, 2007.

As informed earlier, Prime Securities Ltd is the Lead Manager to the above issue.
