Superhouse to allot 7,00,000 shares to promoters

Superhouse Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 31, 2007 and April 02, 2007, to allot the 7,00,000 Equity Shares to the Promoters / Promoter Group in lieu of warrants allotted to them on preferential basis.
