Talbros Automotive Components Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 15, 2007, have approved vide amended Special Resolution, issue of 12,00,000 Zero Coupon Fully Convertible Warrants to the Promoter @ Rs 65 per warrant as per details given below:

1. QH Talbros Ltd - 500000 No of Warrants

2. Talbros Motors Pvt Ltd - 500000 No of Warrants

3. Talbros International Ltd - 200000 No of Warrants
