AXIS Bank allots 181087 equity shares under ESOP

The Committee of Whole-Time Directors of AXIS Bank Ltd on June 22, 2011 has made the allotment of 1,81,087 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Bank, under ESOP.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 41,18,80,820 equity shares from 41,16,99,733 equity shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1254.65, up by Rs.13.65 or 1.10%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1264.90 and low of Rs.1246.

The total traded quantity was 1.23 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.28 lakhs.
