Madhya Pradesh Glychem receives High court order on Scheme of Arrangement & Amalgamation

Madhya Pradesh Glychem Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 29, 2006 has taken the certified copy of the High Court Order on record. The Company will shortly make Scheme effective by filing the certified true copy of the High Court Order with Register of Companies.
