Jupiter Bioscience Board approves 25% dividend

Jupiter Bioscience Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 29, 2006, inter alia, has proposed and approved a dividend of 25% is proposed subject to the approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting of the Company which will be held on September 29, 2006.
