ECE Industries AGM approves dividend of Rs.1.75 per share

ECE Industries Ltd has announced that the members at the 60th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 27, 2006, inter alia, has approved the declaration of dividend @ Rs 1.75 per share on equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up for the year ended March 31, 2006.
