EID Parry AGM approves 225% dividend

EID Parry India Ltd has announced that the members at the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 19, 2006, inter alia, has approved the declaration of dividend at the rate of 225% (Rs 4.50 per equity share of Rs 2/- each including one time dividend of 90% i.e. Rs 1.80 per share) on the equity share capital of the company for the year ended March 31, 2006.
