MSK Projects awaiting Gujarat High Court approval for amalgamation

MSK Projects India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 29, 2006, has decided to adjourn the meeting as Amalgamation order of MSK infrastructure & Toll Bridge Pvt Ltd and MSK Highways Ltd and Alpha Engicon Pvt Ltd with the Company from High Court of Gujarat is expected shortly. The Board will adopt the merged accounts on or before September 30, 2006, as the board has approached the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat for extension of Annual General Meeting for the year ended March 31, 2006 for three months to call the AGM on or before December 31, 2006.
