Lakshmi Electrical AGM approves 50% dividend

Lakshmi Electrical Control Systems Ltd has announced that the members at the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 22, 2006, inter alia, has approved the declaration of dividend at the rate of Rs 5.00 (50%) per share on Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2006.
