Tayo Rolls Ltd AGM approves 40% dividend

Tayo Rolls Ltd has announced that the members at the 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 27, 2006, inter alia, has approved the declaration of dividend at the rate of 40 percent on equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2006.
