Nagarjuna Construction Allots convertible warrants on preferential basis

Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of the Company has vide Resolution by Circulation, dated March 12, 2007, has allotted 25,00,000 Convertible Warrants at Rs 217/- each on preferential basis to M/s. A V S R Holdings Pvt Ltd, an Investment Company belonging to the Promoters of the Company in pursuance of the approval earlier accorded by the Share Holders of the Company at their Extraordinary General Meeting held on February 26, 2007.
