PSL allots 20,97,000 shares to QIBs

PSL Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 09, 2007 has approved allotment of 20,97,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a Premium of Rs 197.35 per share pursuant to Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) Guidelines to the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) from whom the Company had received Bids.
