Ind Swift Laboratories allots 28,00,000 warrants on preferential basis

Ind Swift Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting, which was earlier scheduled to be held on March 08, 2007, eventually held on March 10, 2007, has allotted 28,00,000 Zero Coupon Convertible warrants on preferential basis to Promoters group Companies.
