Perfect Circle AGM approves dividend of Rs.0.25 per share

Perfect Circle India Ltd has announced that the members at the 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 27, 2006, inter alia, has approved the declaration of final dividend at the rate of Rs 0.25 per Equity Share of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2006 in addition to Interim Dividend of Rs 0.25 per Equity Share of the Company aggregating to total dividend of Rs 0.50 per Equity Share of the Company.
