HDFC Bank raises Rs.3650 crores

HDFC Bank Ltd has issued Lower Tier II Bonds for an amount aggregating Rs. 3650 Crores on a private placement basis Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible, Subordinated Bonds in the nature of Debentures towards Tier-II Capital.

The stock was trading at Rs.2244.20, down by Rs.10.40 or 0.46%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2264.90 and low of Rs.2235.

The total traded quantity was 0.57 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.48 lakhs.
