Tata Elxsi AGM approves 65% dividend

Tata Elxsi Ltd has announced that the members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 28, 2006, inter alia, has approved the declaration of Final Dividend of Rs 6.50 per share (65%), for the financial year ended March 31, 2006.
