Amtek Auto allots 3,12,324 shares on conversion of FCCBs

Amtek Auto Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2007 has allotted 3,12,324 equity shares at Rs 209.83/- per share upon the conversion of FCCBs of US$ 1.50 million.
