Lloyd Electric Board recommends 10% dividend

Lloyd Electric & Engineering Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 29, 2006, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. Recommendation of the final dividend of 10% on the paid-up capital of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

2. The Company has signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Hanyung Alcobis Co. Ltd, a Korean based Company for manufacturing of Roll Bond and Fin Cross Evaporators including all type of Evaporator / condensor for Refrigerators produced by Hanyung Alcobis Co. Ltd.
