Rei Agro allots 90020 equity shares ib conversion of FCCBs

Rei Agro Ltd has announced that the Board / Committee of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2007, has allotted 90020 Equity Shares of Rs 120.75/- per share (Rs 10 being the face value) upon the conversion of FCCBs.
