UltraTech Cement allots 4210 shares Employees Stock Option Scheme

The ESOS Compensation Committee of UltraTech Cement Ltd on May 05, 2011, has allotted 4,210 equity shares of Rs. 10/- of the Company to Option Grantees upon exercise of stock options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

On allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 27,40,45,875 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 2,74,04,58,750/-.

The stock was trading at Rs.1045.75, up by Rs.41.90 or 4.17%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1050.90 and low of Rs.1000.

The total traded quantity was 4875 compared to 2 week average of 12214.
