CCL Products Board recommends 20% dividend

CCL Products India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 29, 2006, has decided to recommended Final Dividend @ Rs 2.00 per equity share of Rs l0/- each (i.e. 20%) apart from the Interim Dividend @ Rs 2.00 per equity share of Rs 10/- each (i.e. 20%) already paid totaling to Rs 4.00 per equity share of Rs 10/- each (i.e. 40%) for the financial year ending March 31, 2006 for consideration of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
