Neogem India to consider conversion of warrants into shares

Neogem India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 16, 2007, inter alia, to consider the conversion of 4,35,000 Equity Share Warrants into Equity Shares and their allotment thereof.
