KS Oils appoints PriceWaterhouse Coopers advisor for raising US $20 Million

KS Oils Ltd has announced that the Company has appointed PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as principle advisor for its fund raising activity of upto USD 20 Million, by way of placement of equity from financial and / or strategic investor private equity.

The aforesaid placement of equity is subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Extraordinary General Meeting, and other approval, if any.
