Indiabulls Financial Services allots 34412 equity shares

The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd at its meeting held on April 08, 2011, has allotted an aggregate of 34,412 (Thirty Four Thousand. Four Hundred And Twelve) Equity shares of value Rs. 2/- each to such employees upon exercise of stock options vested, in terms of (1) IBFSL - ICSL Employees Stock Option Plan - 2006 (2) IBFSL - ICSL Employees Stock Option Plan II - 2006 and (3) Employees Stock Option Plan - 2008.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 62,19,84,236/- divided into 31,09,92,118 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 62,20,53,060/- divided into 31,10,26,530 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.164.45, up by Rs.3.50 or 2.17%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.167.20 and low of Rs.162.30.

The total traded quantity was 4.47 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.98 lakhs.
