Memory Polymers to change the name of the company

Memory Polymers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 18, 2006, inter alia, has conducted the following business:

1. Change the name of the Company so as to reflect the main object to be pursued and the new line of business authorising the Managing Director to make an application to the Registrar of Companies (AP), Hyderabad, for availability of name. The following names have been proposed:

a. International Diamond Jewellery House Ltd

b. Indian Diamond Jewellery House Ltd

c. National Diamond Jewellery House Ltd

2. Appointment of M/s Venture Capital & Corporate Investments Ltd as Share Transfer Agents of the Company for taking care of the transfer of shares both in physical & Demat form and to execute necessary agreements with National Securities Depository Ltd & Central depository Services (India) Ltd.
