Lovable Lingerie IPO garners subscription of 10.64 times

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Lovable Lingerie Limited has garnered subscription of 10.64 times till 5:00 PM on Thursday - March 10, 2011.

The IPO has received total bids for 41136150 equity shares against the offer of 3867500 equity shares. The issue has received bids for 2822580 equity shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue has received subscription of 21.87 times with bids for 34821210 equity shares against the offer of 1592500 equity shares.

The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue has received bids for 2063940 equity shares against the offer of 682500 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 3.02 times.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue has received subscription of 2.67 times with bids for 4251000 equity shares against the offer of 1592500 equity shares.

The IPO closed for subscription by QIB bidders today - Mar 10, 2011 and closes for subscription by other investors on Friday - March 11, 2011.
