Jyoti Structures allots 36175 Equity Shares under ESOS

The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Jyoti Structures Ltd has allotted 36,175 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each arising out of Stock Options granted to the employees of the Company under Employees Stock Option Scheme by Circulatory Resolution dated March 04, 2011.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of 36,175 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 16,42,52,230 divided into 8,21,26,115 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.84.55, up by Rs.0.85 or 1.02%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.88.85 and low of Rs.83.20.

The total traded quantity was 0.63 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.39 lakhs.
