MindTree allots 46555 Equity Shares

MindTree Ltd has allotted 46,555 Equity shares of Rs.10 each fully paid under various stock Option Plans of the Company.

The Board allotted 2,413 equity shares of Rs.50/- each fully paid on February 15, 2011 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2001 Stock Option Plan (Program 2).

The Board allotted 4,905 equity shares of Rs.250/- each fully paid on February 15, 2011 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2006(a) Stock Option Plan (Program 3).

The Board also allotted 39,237 equity shares (of which 1,500 are of Rs. 242/- each, 17,812 are of Rs.300/- each, 430 are of Rs 315/- each, 19,275 are of Rs.335/- each, 185 are of Rs.350/- each and 35 are of Rs.419/- each), fully paid on February 15, 2011 to the employees / directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2006(b) Stock Option Plan (Program 4).

The stock was trading at Rs.452.30, up by Rs.3.25 or 0.72%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.457 and low of Rs.442.

The total traded quantity was 2823 compared to 2 week average of 22127.
