Glenmark Pharmaceuticals allots 55100 Shares

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Operations Committee Meeting held on February 15, 2011 allotted 55,100 shares to the employees of the Company on exercise of options granted to them pursuant to ESOS 2003.

The stock was trading at Rs.287.50, down by Rs.5.90 or 2.01%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.296.50 and low of Rs.285.75.

The total traded quantity was 0.28 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.22 lakhs.
