IDFC Grants 4 lakh Stock Options under ESOS

Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd has announced that on February 14, 2011, pursuant to IDFC Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007, the Company had granted to its employee 4,00,000 options equivalent to 4,00,000 equity shares at a price of Rs. 135.30 per equity share.

The stock was trading at Rs.139.20, up by Rs.3.75 or 2.77%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.140.10 and low of Rs.137.60.

The total traded quantity was 11.78 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 14.76 lakhs.
