Zenith Infotech board approves FCCB issue

Zenith Infotech Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 24, 2006, has approved mobilization of funds to the aggregate of US$ 33,000,000/- by way of issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) representing US$ 30,000,000/- with an additional 10% of the principal amount (US$ 3,000,000/-) as the Greenshoe Overallotment Option from persons resident outside India, on such terms and conditions as may be considered appropriate.
