Solid Granites Board recommends 8% dividend

Solid Granites Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 26, 2006, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend 8% on the Equity Shares for the year under review, subject to approval by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.
