Petron Engineering Board recommends 10% dividend

Petron Engineering Construction Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2006, inter alia, has recommended Dividend of Re 1/- (10%) per Equity Share of Rs 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2006.
