Easun Reyrolle allots 2 million Convertible Equity Warrants

Easun Reyrolle Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee at its meeting held on January 31, 2011 allotted 2,000,000 Convertible Equity Warrants each of the face value of Rs. 2 each at Rs. 133.76 per Warrant to M/s. Sowraj Investments Pvt. Limited, a constituent of Promoter Group.

The stock was trading at Rs.99, down by Rs.1.90 or 1.88%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.102 and low of Rs.98.50.

The total traded quantity was 7223 compared to 2 week average of 5382.
