ANG Auto allots shares on conversion of warrants, declares 20% dividend

ANG Auto Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2006 has decided the following:

1. Allotment of 8,97,500 Equity shares pursuant to the conversion of 8,97,500 warrants.

2. Recommended a final dividend for the year 2005-06 @ 20% on the Equity Shares Capital (Equity shares of Rs 10/-each, fully paid up) of the Company, subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

3. Approved the ESOS of 2,00,000 options subject to the approval of the shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting.

4. Annual General Meeting to be held on September 28, 2006.
