Coral Laboratories Board recommends 15% dividend

Coral Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2006, inter alia, has recommended a dividend at 15% (i.e. Re 1.50 per Equity Share) for the year 2005-06.
