Polaris Software Lab allots 12700 Equity Shares under ASOP Schemes

Polaris Software Lab Ltd has announced that the Shareholder's Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company held on January 21, 2011 allotted 12,700 equity shares to the employees of the Company under the Associate Stock Option Plan (ASOP) 2003.

No Stock option was allotted under the Scheme ASOP 2004.

The stock was trading at Rs.178.05, down by Rs.5.65 or 3.08%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.185 and low of Rs.172.25.

The total traded quantity was 5.07 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.78 lakhs.
