Gini Silk Mills Board recommends 5% Dividend

Gini Silk Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 24, 2006, has decided on the following:

1. To recommend dividend of Rs 0.50 per share @ 5%.

2. On convey, 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company on September 29, 2006.
