Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 68354 Equity Shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on January 19, 2011, has allotted 68,354 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options.

20,000 equity shares were allotted under ESOP Scheme Series 2005/05, 26,560 equity shares under ESOP Scheme Series 2007/08 (1st Tranche), 1,544 equity shares under ESOP Scheme Series 2007/12 (2nd Tranche), 7,500 equity shares under ESOP Scheme Series 2007/15 (1st Tranche), 4,750 equity shares under ESOP Scheme Series 2007/17 (1st Tranche) and 8,000 equity shares under ESOP Scheme Series 2007/21 (1st Tranche).

The stock closed the day at Rs.413.05, up by Rs.8.40 or 2.08%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.416.50 and low of Rs.404.

The total traded quantity was 1.04 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.07 lakhs.
