Zensar Technologies allots 2626 Shares under Employee Stock option Scheme

Zensar Technologies Ltd has announced that on exercise of Stock Option by Employees of the Company, the Compensation Committee of the Directors has allotted fully paid up 2,626 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each of the Company to its employees.

The stock closed the day at Rs.168.40, down by Rs.1.55 or 0.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.172.85 and low of Rs.165.50.

The total traded quantity was 0.44 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.56 lakhs.
