Kalindee Rail Nirman Engineers Ltd allots FCCBs

Kalindee Rail Nirman Engineers Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on January 13, 2007, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 01, 2007, has made allotment of 70 nos. of 0.5% coupon unsecured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB) due 2012, of USD 100,000 each for an aggregate amount of USD 7,000,000, to be listed on Luxembourg Stock Exchange with a conversion price of INR 160, and YTM of 3% subject to the terms and Conditions specified in the offering circular.
