Zyden Gentec to consider allotment of shares on conversion of warrants

Zyden Gentec Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 09, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider the matter of allotment of equity shares on conversion of 8,00,000 warrants or in the case of non receipt of the remaining balance amount, forfeiture of the warrant application money.

2. To authorize for execution of necessary documents for the acquisition of Industrial Plot at Kota.
