VA Tech Wabag allots 35082 Shares under ESOP Scheme 2006

VA Tech Wabag Ltd has announced that on January 12, 2011, the Board of Directors of the Company, by Circular Resolution have allotted 35,082 number of equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the company, on the exercise of 35,082 stock options under the ESOP Scheme 2006.

The new equity shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing capital.

The stock was trading at Rs.1505, up by Rs.33.75 or 2.29%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1540 and low of Rs.1475.

The total traded quantity was 1338 compared to 2 week average of 106734.
