DCW to Issue GDRs, drops FCCB issue

DCW Ltd has announced that, due to various reasons, the Company has not gone ahead with the earlier proposed FCCB issue.

The Company now proposes to issue Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) upto USD 5-7 million.

In BSE, the shares were trading at Rs.12.10, up by 5.49% (Rs.0.63) over its previous close of Rs.11.47. The total traded quantity till 11:28:56 AM was 168640 shares at a weighted average price of Rs.11.83.
