CRISIL re-affirms AA- Rating on Gujarat Fluorochemicals

Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd has announced that CRISIL Ltd has reaffirmed AA- ("Double A minus") rating to the Company and revised the outlook from "Stable" to "Positive".

Further the Company has informed that due to the sale of its registry business MCS Ltd, the Company’s existing share transfer agents, the Company has appointed Intime Spectrum Registry Ltd as its new Share Transfer Agent and the entire work related to the Company will be handled from the Vadodara office of Intime Spectrum Registry Ltd with effect from September 01, 2006.
