Kohinoor Broadcasting to take legal action against Opal Industries

Kohinoor Broadcasting Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2006, has decided to seek suitable legal remedy including filing a civil / criminal suit before appropriate authorities against M/s. Opal Industries Ltd and its Directors for wrongfully using the name of the Company as a group Company of Opal Industries Ltd and using wrongfully the name of Mr. Harjinder Singh, Director of the Company, as Director of Opal Industries Ltd and demonstrating that the Company has connections with Opal Industries Ltd.

Mr. Harjinder Singh Director was authorized to seek legal opinion and getting inspection of records of M/s. Opal Industries Ltd at the office of Registrar of Companies and other available sources in this respect.

Mr. Harjinder Singh was also authorized to do all acts in this regard.
