PTC India subsidiary files DRHP with SEBI for IPO

PTC India Ltd subsidiary Company M/s. PTC India Financial Services Limited (PFS) on December 22, 2010 has filed DRHP with SEBI for its IPO.

The PTC India Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.124.20, up by Rs.0.35 or 0.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.125 and low of Rs.123.

The total traded quantity was 0.28 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.94 lakhs.
